Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure secure tracking of your leather goods.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
